Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return and/or exchange my merchandise?

1. Login to your account and click "My Orders"
2. Click "View" on the right side of the order you would like to return.
3. Click "Return Item(s)" at the bottom of the order details.
4. Select which product from your order you would like to return or exchange and the reason as to why you wish to return or exchange the product.
4. Print off free shipping label to mail your item(s) back to Beautiful Life Clothing. You will receive your free shipping label in an email.
5. Place item in secure packaging and send back to us.
6. You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your item(s) and the return or exchange has been processed.

 

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

At Beautiful Life Clothing, we understand that sometimes an item just isn’t what you expected or it doesn’t fit quite right. Our number one goal is to help you! We are here to make our customers happy and confident and we know online shopping can be difficult. This is why we offer free returns and exchanges.

An item may be returned to it’s original tender if it is shipped back within 7 days of the date it was delivered to your shipping address. After 7 days, the item will be eligible for store credit only. After 30 days of the delivery date, the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.

All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date for store credit only.

Once an item has been marked with a sale price in-store, that is the returnable price.

Sale items are final sale and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

In order for an item to be returned:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.   
  • Shoes must have no sign of wear and must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible.
  • There can be no stains or discoloration on the items.
  • Sale items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • NON-RETURNABLE: Sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks.
  • Damaged items MUST be reported within 7 days of receiving your product. Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at [email protected]

 

When will my return be processed?

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of our receiving them. Please record your tracking information to see when it arrives.

We recommend using the free pre-paid return label we will provide to you. Once you have completed our return and/or exchange form, please email [email protected]

We will send a confirmation email when your exchange has been processed or when you have been refunded for your return. Please note: original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please be aware that sale items, jewelry, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, and socks are FINAL sale items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
